Purpose of the PMNA:

“To promote and improve the quality of life in the Piedras Marcadas area.”

ð           Foster a sense of community

ð           Hear and act upon matters pertinent to the area

ð           Present as an association, a neighborhood point of view to governmental agencies

    Membership: Any resident, property owner, or business owner located in the Piedras Marcadas area.  This area is bounded by Eagle Ranch Rd to the east, Paradise Blvd to the north, Northwest Mesa Escarpment Plan Conservation Boundary to the west, and Paseo Del Norte to the south (including members of Richland Hills Homeowners Association).  Voting age is 18.  Membership lists are confidential and used only for PMNA business.

    Meetings:  Board of Director meetings are open and held quarterly.  The General Membership meeting occurs annually (in the month of March) and includes election of the Directors.  Special meetings will be held for topics of current interest.

    Officers:  The Directors are elected by the Membership.  The Officers are then elected by the Directors.  The Officers are:  President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.  Standing committees support the Board.  The Directors and the Officers serve without compensation.

    Dues: Annual dues are $12.00 for Resident (includes entire family) and $50.00 for Business.
